Image ownership
Users of the “Gift Base” personalised section acknowledge and agree that the image submitted to GiftBase.com is either owned by you or rightfully licensed to you for your own personal use. All image submissions must follow the terms and conditions of use of set out by GiftBase.com. Any misuse of this service whether directly or indirectly as defined as the infringement of the rightful owner’s trademarks or copyrights shall be the sole responsibility of the user (You) and the use of any images that violate any intellectual property laws shall be your responsibility and at your own risk. By using this service “Gift Base” holds no responsibility for any images used and any infringement or copyright problems are immediately waivered.
Terms of Use
Use of this site is solely at “Gift Base”s discretion, and “Gift Base” reserves the right to prohibit anyone from accessing, browsing, supplying information to or downloading information from this site. You are not granted any rights in or to this site, any services or any information, other than the limited right to use this site, the Services or the information according to the terms of this agreement and the policies and procedures that Gift Base may adopt and make available on this site from time to time. Delivery
At Gift Base we ship our items all around the world. UK orders are generally shipped on the day of purchase using Royal Mail 48 Post. Orders generally arrive within 2-3 working days.International orders are sent via Royal Mail Airmail Small Packet Post and generally arrive within 5-7 working days. International orders are subject to taxes, customs fees and duties. You will be responsible for any taxes, customs fees and duties that might be incurred.
Returns
Customer satisfaction is very important to us here at Gift Base. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us at info@giftbase.com within 14 days of your receipt of goods to explain why you are not happy with your purchase. Once we have confirmed we are able to accept your return, we will then process a replacement item (or full refund if you would prefer that) and we will provide you with a return authorisation number. Please do not send an item to “Gift Base” without contacting us first.
Please note that after 14 days, Gift Base cannot accept returns. We also will not accept returns for “personalised” items or where you have ordered the wrong case or uploaded the wrong image. All personalised items are printed on demand and we cannot accept returns for them unless they are faulty as they have no resale value.
