Returns Policy


Customer satisfaction is very important to us here at Gift Base. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us at within 28 days of your receipt of goods to explain why you are not happy with your purchase. Once we have confirmed we are able to accept your return, we will then process a replacement item (or full refund if you would prefer that) and we will provide you with a return authorisation number. Please do not send an item to “Gift Base” without contacting us first. 

Please note that after 28 days, Gift Base cannot accept returns. We also will not accept returns for “personalised” items or where you have ordered the wrong case or uploaded the wrong image. All personalised items are printed on demand and we cannot accept returns for them unless they are faulty as they have no resale value.
